90 Minute Vinyasa Yoga Class - Hollow Body & Handstand Prep Drills
This is a full length vinyasa class taking you through a total body experience leading you up to handstand prep! (If you have a block bring it to your mat!) Don't be scared, there are modifications for every level. I will help you build strength and awareness to get a little bit more comfortable on your hands! We will begin our journey with a warmup, move through sun salutations, standing postures, balancing, core/handstand prep then cool down ending in a loving savasana!
