90 Minute Vinyasa Yoga Class - Eagle Everything
This class is a 90 min vinyasa flow where we are all about EAGLE POSE or Garudasana! Eagle is a balancing pose but we incorporate it into our standing and floor series as well. I find that Eagle focused classes sneak up on you and are usually quite the challenge! I promise you will be feeling your lower body tomorrow! We begin our journey with a warmup, move through sun salutations, standing and balancing postures then cool down, finishing in Savasana with a whole lot of self-love sprinkled in along the way!
