90 Minute Vinyasa Yoga Class - Booty Burn and Abs
This class is 90 min vinyasa flow where we work on your booty; of course it's a well rounded class and we touch on other areas but I guarantee your booty will be feeling the burn!! Glutes are one of the largest muscles in the body, so it's important we keep them strong! We will begin our journey with a warmup, move through some warrior 3 based sun salutations (Hello BALANCE), standing and balancing postures then cool down, finishing in Savasana with a whole lot of self-love sprinkled in along the way!
