This class is 90 min vinyasa flow where we work on your outer hips and get into some deep stretches for the mid back and lower portion of your latissimus dorsi. We marinate in these hard to reach stretches leaving you feeling open and free. We'll also get your core & shoulders working with plank variations. We begin our journey with a warmup, move through sun salutations, standing postures, balancing postures, then cool down, finishing in Savasana.
