This class is a 90 min vinyasa flow where we work into our hips strength and flexibility! Our hips can contribute to log back pain and tight hamstrings so keeping them strong & open is KEY to feeling GOOD!! We begin our journey with a warmup, move through sun salutations, standing and balancing postures then cool down, finishing in Savasana with a whole lot of self-love sprinkled in along the way!
