This class is 90 min vinyasa flow where we work up to Bow and Wheel pose. We warm up your hips and front body along the way making sure you are ready for backbends when you get there! We will begin our journey with a warmup, move through sun salutations, standing postures, balancing postures, then cool down, finishing in Savasana with a whole lot of self-love sprinkled in along the way!
