This class is 90 min vinyasa flow is all about the hips! We work on the outer and inner hips, we work on hip mobility and strengthening your hips.  This flow will leave you feeling great! We will begin our journey with a warmup, move through sun salutations, standing and balancing postures then cool down, finishing in Savasana.  Great yoga class for runners!
