90 Minute Vinyasa Yoga Class - Hamstrings & Heron
All about the hamstrings! We strengthen your hamstrings, we stretch your hamstrings and we get them ready to try out Heron Pose! Hamstring work requires patience and dedication but the rewards are plenty! This class will leave you feeling stretched out in all the right places! Strong and flexible hamstrings might even reduce lower back pain! We begin our journey with a warmup, move through sun salutations, standing postures, strengthening postures, then cool down, finishing in Savasana with a whole lot of self-love sprinkled in along the way!
