90 Minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class - Total Body (Core & Legs)
This class is a power vinyasa yoga flow! We work creatively through your entire body with a focus on strengthening your core & legs. We will begin our journey with a warmup, move through sun salutations, standing postures, strengthening postures, then cool down, finishing in Savasana with a whole lot of self-love sprinkled in along the way!
Strengthening your hips is great for reducing back and knee pain. Active flexibility in your hips helps to prevent you from injuries!
