This class is 90 min vinyasa flow where we work on core strength in many ways! We approach core strength in traditional and non traditional ways making for a challenging and fun power yoga flow! We will begin our journey with a warmup, move through sun salutations, standing and balancing postures then cool down, finishing in Savasana with a whole lot of self-love sprinkled in along the way! Get ready to work your core!
