90 Minute Vinyasa Class - Strong & Open Shoulders
We work creatively through your entire body with a focus on strengthening and opening shoulders. We will begin our journey with a warmup, move through sun salutations, standing postures, strengthening postures, then cool down, finishing in Savasana with a whole lot of self-love sprinkled in along the way!
Strengthening your hips is great for reducing back and knee pain. Active flexibility in your hips helps to prevent you from injuries!
